WARMLY / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 October 2026

1. Who we are

The WARMLY website is operated by Wuhu Dongxing Textile Industry Co., Ltd, a company established in China (“we”, “us” or “our”). WARMLY is our home textile brand and a trademark registered in Australia.

Our address is 2988 DONGWAN ROAD, WANZHI, WUHU CITY, ANHUI, CHINA.

This Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with this website and enquiries submitted through it. The website presents our brand, products and manufacturing capabilities and supports business enquiries. It does not provide customer accounts, online checkout or payment processing.

For privacy questions or requests, contact either or both:

  • Global: darrendong@dxhometex.com
  • Australia: warmlyau@gmail.com

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Our enquiry form requests your full name, company name, country or region, business email, website, business type, products of interest, estimated order quantity or volume, OEM or private-label requirements, and message. Fields marked as required are needed to submit the form; other fields are optional. You may also provide information when corresponding with us by email.

The current website form does not request telephone numbers, postal addresses, attachments or sample-delivery details. Please do not include sensitive personal information, payment details or information about other people that you are not authorised to provide. Additional details needed for a later sample or business arrangement will be requested separately.

Technical information. When you visit, our hosting and infrastructure providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security or error logs. This helps deliver the website and maintain its operation and security. External fonts and images also involve technical requests, as described below.

3. How we use information

We use relevant information to:

  • Respond to enquiries, provide quotations and communicate about products.
  • Discuss wholesale supply, OEM, private-label and customisation opportunities.
  • Support product development and arrangements for samples where subsequently agreed.
  • Maintain website operation, prevent spam, and investigate security incidents or misuse.
  • Keep necessary business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We process information only on grounds permitted by applicable law, which may include your consent, steps relating to a contract where applicable, and legal obligations. Where a jurisdiction permits another lawful basis, we use it only when its requirements are satisfied. This Policy does not itself constitute your consent to every processing activity.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional mailing lists. If we introduce marketing communications, we will provide the notices, choices and consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

4. Storage, notifications and access

Enquiries submitted through the website are stored in our Wix backend. Email notifications are configured for darrendong@dxhometex.com and warmlyau@gmail.com. Enquiry information and related correspondence may therefore also be held in our business email systems.

Relevant personnel in China and our authorised cooperating representative in Australia may access enquiry information to respond and coordinate business discussions. Australian enquiry support does not mean the website is operated by a separate Australian company.

We limit access to people and providers who need the information for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We use Wix for website infrastructure, content and enquiry services, and email providers for notifications and correspondence. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Their infrastructure and subprocessors may be located outside your country.

The website currently loads Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. When these resources load, your browser connects to the relevant provider, which may receive your IP address and request or browser information. Google Fonts is distinct from Google Analytics.

Provider information is available at:

  • Wix Privacy Policy
  • Google Privacy Policy
  • Unsplash Privacy Policy

We may disclose relevant information where required by law, to respond to a lawful regulatory request, or to protect legal rights, subject to applicable legal requirements. We do not disclose information merely because a request has been made without considering those requirements.

6. International handling

Your information may be accessed in China and Australia and processed in other countries used by Wix, email providers and other infrastructure providers. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards, additional notices, separate consent, assessments or other procedures for an international transfer, those requirements must be satisfied before the relevant transfer takes place. Where required, we will provide specific overseas-recipient information and a separate choice. Submitting an enquiry is not a substitute for any separate consent required by law.

Contact us using the addresses above to ask about overseas recipients or exercise your rights in relation to information handled internationally.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Wix and website infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies for security, session management, fraud prevention, reliable delivery and technical diagnostics. Infrastructure providers may also process operational logs independently of cookies.

We have not intentionally installed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, Mailchimp or advertising-retargeting tools on this website. This does not mean that hosting providers collect no technical or diagnostic data.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect website features, including enquiry submission. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, we will update this information and provide consent controls where required before those technologies operate.

See Wix’s cookie information for general information about its platform cookies. The cookies used depend on the website’s configuration and may change over time.

8. Retention and security

We retain personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal requirements. “Business needs” do not mean indefinite retention.

Relevant factors include whether an enquiry or business relationship remains active, whether follow-up is reasonably expected, and whether records are needed for legal, tax, dispute or contractual purposes. We review continued retention and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law. Backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle and should not be used for unrelated purposes.

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information and risks to protect it against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information about our processing, access or obtain a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or request portability where available.

To make a request, email darrendong@dxhometex.com or warmlyau@gmail.com. Please identify the enquiry or information concerned without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims; if we cannot fulfil a request in full, we will explain the applicable reason. You may also complain to a competent privacy authority or seek other remedies available under applicable law.

10. Children

The website provides general brand and product information; its enquiry service is intended primarily for business contacts. We do not intentionally seek personal information from children.

Where processing a child’s information requires a parent or guardian’s consent or special protections, those requirements apply. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without any required consent, contact us so we can assess and address it. This Policy does not impose a blanket age restriction on viewing the website.

11. External stores and links

Links to eBay and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Purchases are not processed through this website. Information provided to an external platform is governed by its applicable privacy notices and any relevant seller notice. Our handling of enquiries sent directly to us remains covered by this Policy.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will publish the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A policy update does not retrospectively authorise a new use of information.
